Katrina is a full time realtor who closes approximately 40-50 transactions per year. She works with family in an independent real estate company, Extraordinary Real Estate, where she specializes in giving her clients, close one on one services for buying or selling their homes or investment properties. Katrina calls herself a Real Estate Consultant because she does so much more than represent buyers and sellers. She advises on whether it is the best time to buy or sell, should you keep your current property or use it as a rental, and many more questions always keeping what is your best financial interest top of mind.
Relaxing for her is playing tennis and/or working out with friends. She also enjoys spending time with her grand daughter.
