Belton & Temple Real Estate Market Hanging in There
While most of the rest of the US real estate market is in a major slump, the Texas markets seem to be sheltered, and not to have been hit as hard. Specifically, the Belton and Temple markets of central Texas have stayed strong.
It is harder for buyers to get financed, however, the market values just have decreased that much in our part of Texas. With interest rates at all time lows, and less buyers able to get financing, now is the time for you to take advantage of the market and get a great deal on your next home.
